For the fuck of it. Lets see how many CVH -ONLY, SONGS, does Edward tap during a solo or in the song itself.

The first one that jumps to mind for me is Dance The Night Away, the solo, if you could call it that....

I've heard so many jealous guitar players say Eddie's tapping is "nothing but showing off"... So funny... just because they can't do it themselves, ha!:D

That said, we'd go faster if we picked out the ones where Ed doesn't tap.:)

i actually prefer a lot of the solos where EVH doesn't tap...

i also think that he tapped a lot less during the CVH years as opposed to later on, where he just got lazy and tapped for almost every song...

All right. I'm not skilled enough to spot where Ed taps or doesn't, anyway.:D
My younger bro, whom I gave my first non remastered reissues of the 6-pack, could tell. I can't hold a guitar. All I can hold is a mike and a harmonica.:D
That said, I dig tapping a lot, whenever I can recognize it is some, like on "Drop Dead Legs" or "Push Comes to Shove".

Tapped harmonics:

Dance The Night Away
Women In Love
Romeo Delight
Girl Gone Bad

Plus, DOA had some 'straight up' tappin' I left off the first list.

Yep, Meanstreet Intro was tapped harmonics...how the fuck could I have missed THAT one!? Duh!!!!

Sinner's Swing...what part of that was tapped....the beginning part, or the last note as a bended tap?
