I remember $immon$ saying that when he could'nt get them a record deal he apologised to the band and handed them the tapes and wished them luck....

Am I to assume that King Edward has them tucked away @ 5150 ?

Warner Bros. would have possession of the other 24 track demos produced by Ted Templeman and Mo Ostin....

That's hard to say. Most bands don't keep control of their original master tapes. I'm sure Eddie has everything since 1984 in his own vaults (if he hasn't stupidly destroyed them in some drunken fit). But the '77 demos until DIVER DOWN? Probably in Warners vaults. Can they put them out? Maybe. I imagine if there's ever a big archive release, Warners will want Eddie involved.

Ya know the actual 2" reel to reel 24 track tapes they recorded them on originally .

The Electric Lady "Simmons" & WB demos have been digitally remastered and will be included in the 30 year anniversary box set. The box set is supposed to be released in conjunction with a "reunion" tour. I'll believe it when I see it.
