Spooky announcer guy in Kilgore ad now says:
"Tim KAINE will RAISE your GAS tax!"
It's a blatant lie, but fibs aimed at TV viewers win elections unfortuantely.
Kaine wins Northern VA 55% to 42% (Potts gets 3%)...
Kilgore wins the rest of VA by 55% to 45% and wins the total vote 51% to 49%
