The ENTIRE VAN HALEN organization, except for AVH's drum roadie, went with DAVE. ALL the : Roadies, assistants, truckdrivers, gaffers, secretaries, lawyers, etc.....even EVH's guitar roadie went with DAVE

I don't believe Rudy Leiren (Ed's tech) went with Dave. Ed hired a new tech after Dave but Rudy was still working with Ed on another level at that time. I could be wrong about it, but don't believe so.Comment

i partied with a roadie from old VH days the day of Davids first solo show. He told me everybody went with Dave because Eddie would hit people after the show if everything didnt go just right. Dave paid everybody better to. If you were going thru tough times Dave would give you money.mark milesComment

Why did everybody leave with DAVE?
A.) He ran VAN HALEN and thus played a larger role in their development/success than people on the outside knew at the time.
B.) The people who worked for VAN HALEN knew that the sisters were suffering from both substance abuses issues as well as dementia......
