Unbelievable....I'm sitting here listening to 96 schlock in the background, and some fucker calls in and requests' Hot Dog & A Shake! You know that shit ain't live. So the DJ goes on about Dave and how he's taking over the Stern show.(after the fake call-in)

Why the fuck would CC choose that song?

This is textbook marketing/put it on late at night semantics....heavy emphasis on "antics."

It's possible it was a legitimate request but they only decided to run the call and play the song because Dave is coming on board soon. Otherwise they would have just ignored the request.

Who needs the 1 000 000th playing of Jump on a classic rock station?

As a glass half full kind of person I think this radio gig will help a lot in raising the whole Roth/CVH profile.
