Uncle manny is that old Jewish mobster on the Sopranos. He ran the place back in 58 to 71. Made lots of dough but handed the joint down to his up and coming lieutenant David Roth. Sometimes Manny has little meetings in the backroom with Tony Soprano and a game of poker might erupt with some Dylan playing in the background.
