1. Minto doesn't have a title.
2. Winman is not highly touted, not ranked, like Minto.
3. Troy Weijda is also unranked and a bum, like Minto, and everyone he's fought, including Tony Tubbs, 42 years old and a crack addict, who kicked his ass in his hometown at a Days Inn.
