CHOICE! I have too much karaoke time under my belt! Don't get me started here now! LOL Glad to hear I'm not the only "crooner" here! I just want to know where it is you can sing 8 songs a nite! Here in Orlando all we get is about 4 max with the list of singers on two to three sheets!
I left the songs on your list i do! i don't do much DAVE ... doesn't work for my voice! I do lots of classic rock BTO, Cooper, Priest, Gn'R, Aerosmith, Ted Nugent, Lynyrd skynrd. to Beatleas, Garth, and Niel Diamond! Can do many songs ... e'specially after a few Crown on th' ROCKS kik in! !! !!!DT
....learned to leave the band at home with KARAOKE!

I used to have it set up that when i did Karaoke i would bring my acoustic along so i could at least still feel like a musician on stage croonin' to the watered down melodies.

The old bitch running the show was all about getting into my pants so she went along with it.
I ended up getting a weekly Sunday gig at that particular club because of it...so i didn't feel like a sellout.

on the xbox game Morrowind: The Elder Scrolls III, there is an ancient species called the Dwemers. They have very expensive artifacts.... anyway, when i am looking for them, i always start singing "Little Dwemer". I know its lame lol.

I haven't had a chance to try those at karaoke...but when we had that band in Denmark, there was this one night when a very beautiful italian grrrl visited our band rehearsal...so she took the old keyboards and we jammed several songs...including JUMP!

It was kewl...and yeah, WARF, tell us more about those chicks!

I was gonna but I figured I wouldn't. I tackle all the other stuff that's not too hard to do. Dave's voice is unique and I don't want to screw anything up. Skynyrd is not too hard.

I’m listening to a recording of Just like Paradise I did with my band 15 years ago.
The show was on the local radio station, and our guitar player’s mom taped it with a shitty tape recorder.
The original tape is long gone and my copy sounds awful. And so do our version of that song.
In hindsight, We should not have done it I was awful...
But never the less, the girl loved us and that’s what it was all about back then.
