Mac is back in doubles next year!...

John McEnroe, the most kick-ass player in tennis history IMO, will play with Swede Jonas Bjorkman, an excellent specialist. Mac will be 46 next February. I guess doubles will become an attraction next year.
Back when he was at his best, it was known that he didn't really train, at least very little as compared to his peers... He claimed that his training consisted in playing doubles with Peter Fleming, the player who made the number one team in the world with him. BTW, I'm almost sure that John will remain the last champion to be number one both in doubles and singles.

As for Agassi, he recently announced that he'd be playing in Australia next month, so he's implicitly going to play another full season... Amazing. Jimbo immediately comes to my mind; however, he never lost his extrordinary showman's skills, whereas Andre has slowly given up on acting the goat. Too bad, but his game alone has always been such a show in itself, and he has given tennis so much of himself that you can't bear any grudge on him for that... Damn, he's still so impressive on the court, still able to spank so many young players off the court.
    Good news, isn't it?
