Versailles Records has announced plans to release a tribute CD to Sammy Hagar next summer. Entitled "Three Lock Box: A Millennium Tribute to Sammy Hagar", the collection will feature contributions from current and/or former members of POISON, HANOI ROCKS, SKID ROW, LILLIAN AXE, DIO and SAIGON KICK, among others. No further information is currently available.

Is it going to be necessary to listen to "I Can't Drive 55" in 14 different versions? Unless they are putting on his era of VH because other then "I Can't Drive 55" he really had nothing else good for him except VH and even that blew, Dave is better.

Sammy kicks ass and does not need anyone to screw up his great music by having them do a tribute album that won't come close to the original masterpieces. but on the plus side unlike the roth tribute thiere are plenty of Smmy's own songs so there won't be any of the great Van Halen songs he did on it. as for the losers posting about his concert attendance I think he confused roth's figures with Sammy as more people attend Sammy concerts than the beer tent and vegas shows your poor boy dave plays,that is when he can find a place that will have him. he was supposed to play a club here in Ft.Wayne that holds about 2500 a few years back and it was cancled after they sold about 50 tickets although officaly it was for medical reasons,everyone is sick of this has been! Sammy rules and dave drools!
