    Detroit Auto Show Bad News

Honda was named the Best American Truck and the first Chinese car for sale in the U.S.A. is being shown there.

That's not bad news for me.

    I know what to do.

    It's bad news for you.

And, "The writing's on the wall" at the 2006 Detroit Auto Show right now.

The uprising is here, but it's a whisper.

    A whisper of revolt.

Soon it will be a roar of revolt.

    It just needs the spark.

A 'shot hear round the world' like the first shot at Lexington, the way it was done, will explode this country again. They will be shooting at us, and they will shoot first in their 'pre-emtive' way, and then it will begin again as in 1776.

Another shot heard round the world.

I'm warning you to warn others to save yourselves during the 'troubles' coming on that 'long train of abuses'.

I can see the caboose on that train, and Jeb Bush, Hillary Clinton, and Blair are waving at the sheeple of America and Britian as it comes into the American train terminal of revolt.

I guess we'll have to take care of your British problem of 'corporations' stealing our wealth (Stamp Act, etc.) again.

Who will lead you and who will help you Britian when America is in revolt again?

Form your own militias now and find every single hunting rifle you can or as my countrymen once said, "If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains set lightly upon you; and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen." Samuel Adams, August 1, 1776.

I will change that last word 'countrymen' for you British who are reading this to, "allies".

We will forget you were ever our allies.

The New American Revolution has started.

I've seen the battle plans of Ford and GM before it is yet to be announced. I have powerful friends protecting their wealth.

Over 60 plants will be closed in America in 36 months. This is unprecedented. There were never that many steel mills with 'good jobs' that even existed or that were closed in such a short period of time. This stealing of the wealth from the people by 'corporations' that George Washington warned of and the incredible loss of taxes of the communities and cities that are losing these plants will bring people out into the streets. 36 months from now you won't know your America you have known.

What's good for corporations (Ford and GM) is not good for America.

        Seriously? Have you driven one?

I thought it was a decent looking vehicle. Haven't driven one yet though. In my case, it's a quest to find a vehicle I can actually drive that's reasonable on the fuel economy. Of course a good looking ride is a plus.

As far as the whole "American" car thing goes, what exactly does that mean anymore?

Hondas and Toyotas are made in the US, while Fords and Chevys are made in Mexico. So which is the American car? Or is either?

I'll answer that. Ford has only one assemply plant in Mexico and it's not closing. It makes the Ford Fusion, Merury Milan, and Lincoln Zephyr. Don't purchase them.

I'm certainly not against an American built Honda or American built Ford, Mercury, or Lincoln.

Add to the Ford and GM closings beginning this January 2006 launch of plant closings through the next 36 months by their quasi-independent parts corporations Visteon and Delphi respectively and you have the ingredients of revolt, a 'long train of abuses' to our wealth and to our rights from 'globalist' corporations and government loss of rights legislation respectively.

And in Europe if Ford and GM is in trouble here they will be closing plants there, too. You have nowhere to run from this 'globalization' (corporatism, fascism) coming. You can only educate yourself about what is an 'American' built vehicle and not make a purchase of a 'foreign' built vehicle. Send a message to Detroit with your dissatisfaction. It's never too late, but we have gone to far down the wealth and rights stealing policy of 'globalization'.

Add to that the illegal unwinable wars the U.S., Britian, and NATO are involved in over the next 36 months wasting taxes, and human sacrifices in lives ruined, destroyed, and lost and you'll have the big picture to those and many other questions, and you'll know what to do, I hope.

Add to that the dropping of the American dollar in value and in use as the world's currency.

You have today and the next 36 months to spread the word and to take control of your own private purchases of vehicles, and to send a message to your government servants who are catering to this corporatist, fascist 'gloablism'.

Today I will tell you to go to school, go to work, do what you have to do, but put a little can of beans away each day, because 36 months will come 'overnight'. 36 months will come fast and 'overnight' America will sink into a Third World nation status. This will lead to revolt.

If that's not what you want then spread the word now calmly and intelligently and do not make any purchases of 'foreign' built slave labor, communist Chinese or Third World wages Mexican vehicles.

The time for getting mad is over. Screaming like a woman about it isn't going to remove this tyranny from us aka Alex Jones. Be calm, be deliberate, and do the right thing.

          Godspeed, my America.

Thanks for the smile, Hardrocks69. Actually here's the GM communist slave labor (2,700 killed Chinese miners in 2005) product. It's a Cadillac.

I wonder who is going to 'key' the paint jobs on Cadillacs in the parking lots of the U.S.A.? I don't want to be in any GM Cadillac after this Detroit debut for just that reason. They're already poorly designed. GM engineers already produced a transmission computer that only lasts 40,000 miles. I don't want to add a new paint job to those troubles.

                I'M JUST THE MESSENGER

Here's another one that suffers from the 'keyed' paint job syndrome. Go ahead and buy any GM product, an American made or Chinese made (or Mexican) product nobody knows the difference between so they'll all get keyed. Let the people who buy GM products find out.

See the U.S.A. in your communist Chinese slave labor Chevorlet
And if it gets 'keyed' don't blame me.

Ain't that how the song goes?

The reason that GM and Ford are having to close plants is two parts.

1st- Foreign market share is growing. The sad thing about all of this, is that US consumers that are crossing over to ownership of a foreign vehicle are doing so due to "Quality" differences. In reality, these differences are very minimal anymore. But GM put out crappy product for nearly two decades and will probably have to spend the same amount of time trying to repair public opinion.

2nd- Automotive Unions got too greedy too fast. The average median income for a family in Oklahoma is around $35k a year. Yet, I have a friend who's wife got a part-time job at the local GM plant pushing a button every 60 seconds or so. She started out at $17/hr with full benefits. What the hell is that! When you figure in the benefits package, GM is paying her near $60/hr to do her job.

And without the unions, she'd be working 14 hour shifts, 7 days a week with no benefits at all.

What the fuck is up with union bashing in this country? Some of you people have some damned short memories.

Corporations who pay their executives 10 digit salaries to sit on their asses can't use the excuse of "not being able to compete financially" because of unions.

This country needs a maximum wage law, and it should be tied directly to the minimum wage. In other words, the more you pay your employees, the more you make yourself.

And fuck this NAFTA/CAFTA/SHAFTA horseshit. Bring back American jobs to America and let the greedy ass CEO's take a pay cut.

1st - I knew a shallow, superficial person would bring this up. Listen up...autoworkers don't get the benefits, dude. The medical profession, doctor specialists at $160 per 'visit', expensive X-rays (& X-ray readers at $175 just to "look at" the X-ray), CAT scans, testing labs, dentists with the same expensive 'overcharges' to the insurance corporations who still can pay the doctors and make billions for themselves, the pharmaceutical industry, etc., etc., etc., THEY get the billions and billions, with a 'B', of dollars not the poor autoworker with arthritis, a cavity, and an over bite working for that enormous $17/hr..

The medical field is raping Ford and GM and the U.S. autoworker is the patsy.

2nd - You know so much about the paltry $17/hr. Did you ever see what a VP at Ford or GM makes? They have VPs and suits everywhere you turn. Did you ever see what their floor foremen make? Did you ever see what an auto industry engineer makes plus their benefits? In fact, did you ever hear of a salaried manager who has no benefits? Did you ever hear of multi-million dollar 'golden parachutes' just to FIRE one of these managers? Do you know how much advertising firms and media suck the life out of an auto company for 30 seconds on the Superbowl? Yes you have. So why not talk about that. What is your major malfunction? Why do you want to hang the autoworker?

The auto corporations have skilled workers, welders, electricians, plumbers, millwrights, mechanics, etc., etc., etc., and like any employer they wanted to keep these skilled workers so they entered into legal and binding contracts that were agreed to and negotiated through long and hard negotiations between the workers unions and the corporations lawyers from the ivy league colleges of Harvard and Yale. As it is the same with other large industries.

Now, they want to back out of those legal and binding contracts. If you or I wanted to back out of contracts we agreed to and signed off on we couldn't get away with it. No court in the land would let us get out of those contracts WE signed. So why do you think a corporation can?

You seem to think corporations like Ford, GM, Visteon, Delphi, airlines, coal mine owners, etc., and the rest CAN back out of their legal and bindng contracts with workers. This is amazing as well as illegal and insane.

This country is in fascist heaven right now, and your ignorance of the American auto worker, and all American workers represented by a union and/or a contract to work under, is as ignorant as your knowledge, or lack of, about our government servants who voted in 'globalist', corporatist, fascist NAFTA, CAFTA, FTAA, plus treaties under the WTO governing and regulating 'global' trade and investment laws, with more to come.

In every paragraph of those 'globalist' laws you will see the words " to improve the free flow of investment, trade, and goods". Nowhere do you read one word about RIGHTS.

And the war will be about RIGHTS.

Put a can of beans away each day. I've pointed out yours and too many others who ignorantly regurgitate this vomit of ignorance about the whole, entire reality of facts. And in only a few paragraphs, because it's not that hard to see. Unless you're as ignorant as you sound and you've been brainwashed by that boob tube and/or 'corporate' newspapers.

I'm sick of hearing from shallow, superficial people.

You only have 36 months before your corporatist, your superior medical professionals, insurance companies, and legislators turn America into a Third World nation 'overnight'.

Speaking about these great taken advantage of automaker corporations of suits, VPs, and engineers, when was the last time you heard of a multi-million vehicle recall of a Japanese product for tires, engines that catch on fire, SUVs that rollover, class action lawsuits, transmissions that burn out at 40,000 miles, and a trunk latch that doesn't work?

Do you want to blame that expense on the $17/hr. autoworker?

                          It's over.
