Court TV to open in Washington DC !!!

    1/11/2006 3:05:00 PM

Court TV said Wednesday that it will open a full-time news bureau in Washington, D.C.

The network said the bureau, to be located on Capitol Hill, “will be equipped with a deluxe, state-of-the-art office and studio designed for live reports.”

Fred Graham, who is overseeing the network’s new editorial board in Washington, D.C., will file occasional news reports, and Court TV News will have remote live shot locations on Capitol Hill and at the White House.

Upcoming stories on the new bureau’s docket include the penalty-phase trial of Zacarias Moussaoui, the only person charged in the United States in the Sept. 11 terror attacks, and the perjury case of former vice-presidential aide I. Lewis Libby.

The timing of Court TV’s announcement coincides with Court TV News’ coverage of the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito this week.

“We’ve always said that the mission of Court TV is to provide a window on the American system of justice, and having our first news bureau in our nation’s capital makes that window a little larger,” Court TV chairman and CEO Henry Schleiff said in a prepared statement.

“Our Washington, D.C., bureau further demonstrates our continued commitment to deliver to our viewers the most complete, thorough and up-to-the-minute news from the legal world,” he added.

BushCO will be keeping them in stories and court cases to follow for years to come....LMMFAO

          The only person charged....

          4-1/2 years later....

2 wars, billions of dollars, and the "patriot act" and only 1 person has been charged?

The 19 box cutter boys weren't the masterminds.........

Imagine if the same resources used to occupy Iraq had been used to bring real terrorists to trial.....
