What is your favorite DLR cd and song

i am tired of all this hagar shit. lets do something to honor our man david lee roth. what is your favorite DLR cd and song. my favorite cd is eat em and smile and my favorite song is"it's showtime. get off the hagar bashing and talk about how great dave's solo music is.

Dave solo song is easy, "Big Trouble." Not a huge Vai fan but the solo in that song rivals any solo Ed did in a classic VH song, I really mean that.

Favorite album I'm kinda up in the air, it's between Skyscraper and DLR Band.

It's a toss up between EEAS and ALAE for albums.

As far as favorite song goes, "It's Showtime" wins hands down. That's probably the only song that still sends shivers down my spine.

EEAS is Dave's best solo album no question IMO.

Yankee Rose, Big trouble, Going Crazy etc they are all classics.

Skyscraper: Damn Good is my Fav and why this was not a big hit and left off of Roth's The Best is a mystery!!!!!!!

Couldn't agree with you more. Favorite Album is Eat 'Em & Smile and my favorite song is Goin' Crazy!

How can you include Big Trouble? It isn't in the same league with the others you mentioned. It was the weakest song on Eat 'Em & Smile.

Skyscraper is terribly underated. It's known as Dave's pop album, but there are some "damn good" songs throughout the album. "Damn Good" is a very atypical Dave song, a nice change of pace.
