There was an infamous incident, I think in Milwaukee where she seriously went off on a cop or some shit. I do not remember any of the details, though I have read about it on the net somewhere.

She got arrested. BIG publicity at the time.

Thanks for the linkage man...that Snyder clip is priceless. I saw them a few times back in the glory days...fucking unbelievable. Not a sloppy band by a longshot. Crystal clear and louder than hell. A few of those dudes are accomplished studio cats now. Wendy O was quite the frontchick....she did her own stunt in that vid where she grabbed the helicopter before the car went off the cliff.

I looked at the DVD I have last night. It is actually not a 'Plasmatics' show....it is a 'Wendy O. Williams' show videotaped in 1985 in Camden, UK.

She has a typical 80s hair band backing her. Shred guitarist, solid bassist, and a drummer.

I have not heard of any of them before or since I saw this DVD.

The guitar player in her band was hi-LAR-ious...with that Kramer Pacer, and every lead of his sounded exactly the same as every other one - it's like he had only one set of licks and by default had to use them all in every solo.
