Runnin' With The Devil

How come the original 78-79 vid (not the Buenos Aires '83 version that's floating around) for Runnin' With The Devil isn't on the Download forum of this site?
It comes from the same shooting sessions as Jamie's Cryin' and YRGM so it shouldn't be rare. Or is it?
