How many people that are ragging this band have actually listened to either of their albums? DLR and Van Halen, along with Rush, are my all time favorite bands. Hands down. But The Darkness is the best new band to come along in the last 20 years. I just don't see how anyone could compare them to Bon Jovi or some crappy band. These guys can play, appreciate great classic rock, and are about 10x better than most of the new crappy bands that play on TRL, VH1, etc...

I mean, face it, music will NEVER be like it was in the late 70's and early 80's when VH, Rush, Zep were in their prime.
