In light of recent information, I'd guess that Dubai's "donation" was probably really meant as a bid on Louisiana's oil ports.

I prefer your take that the mismanagement of the year following the Hurricane is the reason for all the problems jeez..?

That darn Bush...why did he have to make that hurricane hit our mid-South coast?

As far as the money problem goes, isn't that governement business as usual? Dems and Reps are to blame and EVERYONE HERE SHOULD KNOW THAT. If you say otherwise you are in denial.
