    Best Live Album

BEst live album of all time......

i recently dug up the wall, roger waters and friends. it is a masterpiece. yea its um very progressive but its very powerful. plus it has the trial scene which is hilarious. Comfortably Numb is played beautifully here and sounds better than the studio version by far.

Another would be Tribute by ozzy, a tribute to RAndy Rhoads. This is my favorite live album, once again it has great music, proving rhoads ability is not tweaked by the studio and it also has a deeper meaning to this album.

thats not exactly live though, it was overdubbed somewhat. Still a grate record. But Aerosmith: Live Bootleg is better.

Would have to agree with The Who Live At Leeds.

KISS-Alive is a classic live album...

...but Live At Leeds was the Who at their fucking peak, and NOBODY touched those fuckers live when they were cookin'.

Come on, they were all overdubbed in one way or another...

                Here's some other gems:

Ted Nugent - Double Live Gonzo
Peter Frampton - Frampton Comes Alive
Led Zep - The Song Remains the Same
                Foghat - Live !
                Rush - All the World's a Stage
Eat Us And Smile - The Originals

Are you mixing the movie in with the soundtrack ??

I thought it was great, especially No Quarter, Dazed and Confused, and Whole Lotta Love...

There was a live Keith Richards solo disc about 12 years ago. Good sloppy Keef fun. Great version of Too Rude, which originally appeared on the Stones Dirty Work.
