Dave will slowly ease into his radio show, and slowly build his OWN audience instead of inheriting Howard Sterns' audience whose expectations for anyone replacing Howard were unrealistic to begin with.

Personally, I think Dave has improved by leaps and bounds since January, and with time he will only continue to improve as he builds his own audience.
