how do you think of that large headstock, don't you wish it was smaller?
kewl guitar, though. I like mini humbackers.

I love it . Nothing is better than a old les paul to get that fat muddy sound . I do wish it was black or sunburst the gold top gets old fast .

Theres a lot of very nice hybred guitars out there but I think a seriouse guitar player ends up having at least one Stratocaster and Les Paul in their arsenal. Nothing quite does it the same as a good Strat and the same for a good Les Paul. Plus, a good Fender and Gibson tend to hold their value pretty good. Those classic guitars deffinately have their place.
For playing and comfort, in my book, a Jackson Soloist is hard to beat. A good quality USA made one. Still a favorite guitar of mine. I also like a good copy of EVH's 5150 Kramer. Something nice about those unfinished U shaped maple necks.
