AMEN!!! things would have turned out better for dave if he could have toured and done more albums with that guy...he would have been the next "guitar god" brought to the public's eye by dave...but ALAE was only about dave, no band in the videos, no twin-power...so people rated it lower than the previous solo albums without really listening...like "dave has lost vai so the music has lost its quality per se"...bullshit...becker was better than vai and had no chance to prove it...Originally posted by WARF

Yea, I was thinking that too. I love ALAE and I am not sure why alot of people don't mention that when they talk about DLR's best albums. I realized the first two got more exposure but I gotta tell you , I prefer ALAE over them. Becker is an incredible guitarist and I would loved to know what would have happened if DLR and he would have been able to collaborate on all albums!!!Comment
