DLR has most certainly NOT lost it

As way of reply to another post all i can say is.. i saw him live this year.. his voice was as good as ever... his showmanship was undoubtably the best i've ever seen (including the last time i saw him) ok so he released a covers album... in my opinion never a good career move. but ive quite a few old style rock n roll and blues fan friends and theve all been won over by that album.

i met an old Van halen fan that i knew.... (he listens cus of eddie and had been coerced into goin) and he thought it was in his words 'fucking class'

ok hes older and not as popular as he once was... but ce la vie that would be life... but the (packed to fullness) crowd at the gig all apeared to be having a ball... no one was out the back (and i know this cuz i was speaking to one of the gaurds after)

I for one proudly display my autographed 'fair warning cover' and photos on the wall....... he is the king of rock n roll
