    what songs off of DLR Band sound like they could be VH tunes?
    my picks are Slam Dunk, Little Texas and Wa Wa Zat.

        i'd say the entire album sounds like a potential, could-have-been VH record..though i reckon ovearall it lacks the killer KO punch that CVH records delivered--both lyrically and musically--to be put firmly in that league...but hey, on second thoughts, a lot of the DLR Band songs clearly outdo stuff on Diver Down and 1984, so sure in some ways, several songs here are more VH sounding than some of the real VH songs themselves..

          Whole album REEKED of the classic style, sound and attitude.

            Yea, just about the whole album. I get the feeling that after the reunion fiasco, Dave wanted to make the album that never was. And he did.
