Got this in an email:

Dig a moat in place of Rio Grande (Rio Bravo) river & run moat the
length of US-Mexico border. Take the dirt from the moat, put in
trucks & go dump to raise levies in New Orleans. After trucks empty
dirt in LA, send them over to FL & fill truck w/ alligators,
including the recent man eating ones, for return to Mexico-US
border. Dump alligators in moat. Repeat action!

The Sierra Club and PETA would give you hell for raping the environment with your earth moving equipment and PETA would stomp on you for taking alligators from their natural home. Greenpeace would probably get pissed to. The Environmental Protection Agency probably jump on you for silting up the Rio Grande river and for Aligator flatulence after they start eating the Mexicans.

All I know, is have good lawyers on retainer because this is America and people love to sue anyone who does anything that makes any sense.
