Well Steve Lukather is doing background vocals on the new Van Hagar songs, so I think Toto should be the opening act. Maybe Van Hagar will throw in a cover of "Hold The Line" in between When It's Love and Love Walks In. Or maybe for the encore Van Hagar and Toto will play love songs together. In any event I'm sensing that "love" will be a big theme of the Van Hagar 2004 tour. How beautiful.
