New Roth Album?!?

HOLY FRIJOLES!!! Out of all the dad blamed places to hear DLR news... Entertainment Tonight Canada.

I was watching tonight and they had Dave talking about the new album. NOT Strummin' With The Devil, but a full on Roth 'N' Roll Solo album. I was in the middle of doing something at the time of the report and missed half of it (naturally dropping my jaw when I heard it). Anyone else hear it, or even more importantly, capture it?!?

Okay. It's on again at 11:00 Pacific on Prime (or TVtropolis, whatever they call it now). I have the VCR ready this time.

We'll see if I was hallucinating. (I'm 99.99% sure I wasn't.)

I doubt it...dave said it so often that everything he does musically is out of any interest until the VH thing comes to a closure...the bluegrass album was just a vacation...

Yes, but making an album of new music might be a way of him calling to the sisters. Surley, if they don't follow the press, they know what albums are being released. If they see that Dave IS still working/making music, it can only be good for the cause, right?

this could only work if dave would be able to pull another super-band-stunt...but where should he go after playing with musicians like vai, sheehan...becker could have been a great follower but after that...kilgore, bart walsh...now b. young...nice guy but no potential to shock the world...
