Definately AJFA esque. Once you get past james voice, you realize Lars stopped playing on trash cans, they put solos back, and at least James tries to sing some parts well.

New album should be interesting...read on www.ultimate-guitar.com that it's slated for summer/fall of '07 and they have about 15 songs done.

Thanks for posting that WARF, I was trying all day how yesterday to figure out how to post it from youtube.

I couldn't agree more that this is exceptional.

They taken the good bits of St.Anger, aggression, song length and welded it with good song structure, a vocal melody and made Kirk earn his living.

Quite frankly, to me, it just sounds like a polished "St. Anger" leftover turd. I don't hear anything to get excited about at all...James has TOTALLY lost the plot when it comes to his singing...it's a step in the right direction, I suppose, but they're just too old to be believable to me anymore, especially after so many years of pure horseshit...

Maybe time will change my mind, but...
