Faster Pussycat Band Tango Steven Adler

Last saturday I got pretty ripped at my local watering hole for Karaoke Night. I even busted out some motorcycle noises during everybody wants some!! anyway the dj was selling tickets for a show featuring Faster Pussycat Band Tango and Steven Adler. I was so wasted I bought one. Has anyone seen these bands live recently? The show is at a bar called RPM's in Bridgeville.

I think that's Bang Tango. Good band, but I have no idea who's even in it anymore.

FP rocks! Saw them a few years ago in Toronto. Their first trip there, since they got caught with pot back in the 80's. Adler is just living off his 15 minutes of fame in GnR. He plays Guns tunes from Appetite for Destruction. I have no idea if they're any good.

Seen Faster Pussycat in their day! They rock! I like Bang Tango's music but never bought into them. There is good footage of FP in the movie "DECLINE OF THE WESTERN CIVILIZATION" which I would love to have a copy of again!

I'm glad to see Taime has stopped the Goth thing. He did have a decent album with his Newlydeads project, but the image stunk.

I saw Faster Pussycat about a year ago, and they were fantastic.

Also saw "Adler's Appetite" - awful, absolutely shocking.

Never too sure about Bang Tango.

If you've bought the ticket tho, you might as well go....

well i just got back from the show...bango tango opened up and they had a lot of energy. i am not familiar with them, but the frontman was having a good time. Next up was Adler's Appetite. They were basically a county fair version of GNR. The lead singer didn't show up, so the singer from Bango Tango filled in for him. He did ok and was a suitable bar room Axl. Faster Pussycat was loud and well horrible. The singer smoked the whole fuckin' time while he was singing. Since he didn't give a shit about his voice, well then I didn't give a shit about his music and left after 4 or 5 songs.
