Sinners Swing vs Beating Around The Bush

CVH's Sinners Swing and Beating Around The Bush from AC/DC are extremely similar. Even singing one songs lyrics to the others music works. If this were released nowadays, I'm sure there would be a lawsuit somewhere. These sound more alike than the Tom Petty vs The Red Hot Chili Peppers situation. Although Sinners Swing is better. But dang, they sure are alike.
