    Best Vocal Performance

Ok, what is your favourite performance by a singer?

I mean which song just gets you everytime, encapsulates a guys style, rocks your balls off or is just sung to perfection.

One of those vocals where you really feel it.

Anything by Janis. Any other singer can go back to the locker room.

Michael Kiske... the perfect voice. Clean, powerful, melodical and incredibly wide ranged! That guy can sing as low as any motherfucker whose balls just dropped - hell, he makesBarry White sound like a five year old - and can hit the highest notes I ever heard any man hitting... and somehow he still manages NOT to sound like a histerycal prostitute who's been ripped off of her 5 bucks, like most guys who try to sing really high sound. No falsetto either, which baffles me even more!

Perfect singer... too bad he's a deranged psychotic little ball-less coward nowadays. Still has the voice, though.

          Cheers! :bottle:

Jeff Buckley singing Grace and Halleujah are rather good....if not incredibly good....

Freddie Mercury - Who Wants to Live Forever, Barcelona

Roy Orbison - Pretty Woman, In Dreams, I Drove All Night etc.

Roger Daltrey - Love Reign O'er Me, Won't Get Fooled Again

Geoff Tate - Queen of the Reich, Revolution Calling, Scarborough Fair

I could go on and on

Paul McCartney - Oh Darling !
              Prince - The Beautiful Ones
DLR - Light Up the Sky
Rob Halford - White Heat Red Hot

That's a few just off the top of my head. Paul's performance on Oh Darling is one of the supreme moments in Rock and Roll history though IMO.
It's a shame that families should be torn apart by something as simple as....wild dogs
