              This sounds almost exactly like a version that some friends of mine did in a punk rock band back in high school. Maybe Dave Grohl heard that tape when he was in Olympia years ago?

                  Good for them. It's a pretty overated tedious song.

                  Flipside I guess is back on their first tour in the early 90s someone gve me a spare ticket to their show when I was intoxicated on all sorts.

                  The gig had sold out 10 times over and I vaguely remember wandering about out of my face asking people at random in the crowd who the 'Food Fighters' were and if there was going to be some sort of custard pie fight or something.

                  I think this upset a few folk who had sold their souls to get a ticket to be close to someone that had knew the god Cobain.

                  I wasn't joking, I had misheard the name.

                        It is a really overrated song that i never cared much for. I like Jimmy's solo though. On Zappa's The Best Band You Never Heard In Your Life they do a version of it where the whole horn section does the solo note for note! Food Fighters LOL!
