I have finally completed my rack!

    With a Marshall JMP-1 preamp.

    I hope the setup

guitar -> Marshall JMP-1 -> Alesis Quadraverb GT -> ART Multiverb Alpha 2.0 -> Reußenzehn Guitar Slave Stereo Tube Poweramp -> lots of Marshall 4x12 cabs

will keep me happy for a while!

Except for the power amp the stuff is all standard, tons of pics all over the net. The power amp pics are in another thread here!

I've always been a fan of the JMP1. Good set up.

The good ol' Marshall JMP-1. Man, that pre-amp is a classic and you would think all the new digital stuff would do it in but it still has the magic!. I run one I bought on Ebay through a bridged to mono McIntosh 240 power amp through Marshall cabs and it sounds very good.

Sadly, the JMP did not live up to the good first impression!

But, I got a Digitech GSP2101 real cheap, and that thing really does it for me!
