As soon as Mike learns of his "firing" from VH, he immediately runs to see Sammy.

Sammy: What's the matter Mikey??

(Mike is crying beyond real. Crying like a sure fire sissy!)

Mikey: Um...I....just.......read......on.......

Sammy: Yes, yes....what is it???

Mikey: I'VE BEEN REPLACED BY WOLFGANG!!!! WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

(Crying gets to a fever pitch as Sam holds Mikey in his arms)

Sammy: NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Sadly enough, that's probably true. I really think Sam's probably feeling justified right now, I read an interview with him (I believe it was in Revolver) back in 1997 ish when he was hinting that he knew Mike had been fired and he "needed to call him"...

Wish I had an actual source on that...

Don't know what the lesson is there...unless it's "All Inconceivable Things, With Time, Become Reality In The World Of Van Halen"...
