BTW, if that's really Dick and not a stand in, then his impending retirement for "health reasons" might not be entirely a lie after all.

Holy hell, Cheney looks like a CORPSE in that picture. I've seen oil paintings look livelier.

He did find the energy to make with the evil and crooked smirk, though.
