VH Hiring ROTH for Tour 2007 as "Contract Employee"

I know the Tour is actually happening, but whether or not ROTH is in full agreement as a "Contract" employee - this remains a mystery. It would be pathetic if Wolfie makes more cash than ROTH, but knowing Ed, he will negotiate the contract in his son's favor (probably this is Ed's way of making up to Wolfie, the college tuition that Ed dried up with his investment in Smoking Loon and the Porn Industry).

It's Fuckin ridiculous if they have to get lawyers involved to negotiate contracts and all this other shit.It's not coming from the Hungry musicians that they once were it's all about buissness and that sucks.And do it right or don't do it at all get BassPlayer back in.We have been waitin 22 years for this don't screw it up.You can't blame Bassplayer for playin with sammy or who ever else all he wants to do is play what was he supposed to do wait for EVH to get his act together? And I don't think the kid would make it past a couple of shows he's not a pro it's not like he can just sit there and play 316 for 10 min he's gonna really have to work.we shall see.

I never would blame Michael. He just wants to play music. Since the sisters aren't, he joined Sammy. If VH was still playing, he wouldn't have ever gone near Sam. As for Dave an "employee" of Eddie Van Halen? FUCK THAT! No true fan wants to see David Lee Roth walking on egg shells for a summer so as to not piss off his boss and negate his contract with some bullshit loophole crazy Ed has in there. That's why all the lawyers. Makes one kinda hope this doesn't ever get off the ground.

Dave should demand eddies share of vanhalen for the upcoming tour, that would start the negotiations in the right direction. Then they could meet somewhere in the middle.
