I prefer James Gang to his solo work..The Eagles, he was just another stellar musician in a band chock full of 'em!

My friend ran his spotlight when the eagles were here last year. Said it was a pain in the ass because Joe can't stand a light in his eyes. All the spot operators have to watch where he is in relation to whomever they're lighting and swing off whenever someone moves around Joe.

Otherwise, though, he was said to be a cool cat.

Joe Walsh fookin rocks. One of my all time favs. This clip is from a live album he released with perhaps the best titles of all time."You can't argue with a sick mind"

He's great. The James Gang was superb. His career retrospective, Little Did He Know (also known as The Definitive Collection) is a must-have for any Walsh fan.

I know its not Joe Walsh..But this an Eagles thread as well..So here's Don Henley's Dirty Laundry,Theres some info to know about this clip.

"This was made by anonymous production staff at one of the Big 3 networks around 1983. It was circulated within the industry on 3/4" cassette. I only saw the whole thing once, on Nightline. As I remember it, Ted Koppel introduced it saying they had all seen it, why shouldn't the audience. After it ran, Ted noted "nobody ever said we had a monopoly on good taste"."

Why settle for something you have, if it's not as good as something you're out to get?

                              "
On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair
Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night
                              There she stood in the doorway;
                              I heard the mission bell
And I was thinking to myself,
’this could be heaven or this could be hell’
Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor,
I thought I heard them say...

                              Welcome to the hotel california
                              Such a lovely place
                              Such a lovely face

Any time of year, you can find it here"
