Seems like I read about Favre seeling some property in Wisconsin, meaning he was leaning towards packing it in.

He'll probably come back for one more season, but to be honest, he should have retired 3-4 years ago.

I'm guessing he packs it up.

I agree with all of the comments here.

It's been fun watching him earn all of those MVP's.

He's HoF material...no doubt!

Not if you really paid attention to how he played the last half of this season. He's still in the top tier of NFL QB's.

On the other hand, I'm kind of anxious on who will take his place. I don't really know if Aaron Rodgers is the answer.

Apparently the answer is... another year.

That's good for the NFL. I would like to see him anounce a final year, like what Tiki Barber did. Then the fans at each stadium can pay their respects to the legend.

and here i thought this was a thread about whether or not he'd hold the career record for most interceptions.

(and the answer to that is: of course he will. he's just 3 behind...;))

I hate the Packers but I think it is kind of selfish of him to come back. If they were a Super Bowl caliber team it would make sense for him to return but they have more holes than he can fill. they need to start to groom another QB and they will never be able to do it with him holding a clipboard.
