I was 10 years old when my older brother took me to see Van Halen in 1984.

I still remember bits quite vividly, actually.

Hey guys,
I've just heard the great news. Trouble is I live in the UK.
What sites can I buy US tour tickets from?

(I've found a few on google but could do with your expert help on which sites are the best)

I don't want to wait to see if they make it as far as the UK so I'm gonna be coming over this summer.

Cheers

Don't worry, this is one thing we can be certain the v-h.com site will have on it. Look for 5 and 4 star packages like the 04 tour - only difference is, this tour I'll plunk down the cash to do it.

Maybe with :hagar2:,but with Dave? I'd find a babysitter. But that's just me.I'd probably scare my kids.If they do go-bring earplugs for them. And don't let them see me. :bottle:

Is this going to turn into a Nickelodeon or "Hanson" crowd? WTF ?

Leave the minors home for god's sake.

Wolfie is not the next teen-king "Leif Garrett" ? Come to think of it, I hope the $$ and tour doesn't have him ending up as the "Leif Garrett" of today.

Shit man, now the drudge report has it on their website too!

NORM: Roth set to rejoin Van Halen for tour

A Van Halen tour with David Lee Roth could launch in Las Vegas.
A Van Halen reunion tour, with David Lee Roth back in the fold after 22 years, is in the works, with a Las Vegas launch looking good.

A late April date at the Palms' new venue, The Pearl, is "99 percent" likely, a source said.
It would be the latest coup for Palms owner George Maloof, who will open the 2,500-seat venue with a lineup that includes Tool, Evanescence, Gwen Stefani and possibly Van Halen, all in the first month.

A 40-date tour is being discussed.

Roth fronted the band from 1974 to 1985 before going solo. He was close to rejoining about 11 years ago, but a blowup caused another rift.

Van Halen's last tour, in 2004, grossed about $40 million, with Sammy Hagar as the lead.

Tool would open the Palms venue March 16-17, Evanescence would follow on March 17, and Stefani is set for the April 21 grand opening.
