I'm going to go on record as calling it.
Tomorrow Vh will blast out a surprise rendition of Hot Fo' MF Techer as the intro music to the introduction of the Colt and Bears. Nothing fancy, just a plain stage in the corner and the crowd goes wild type of deal. Hey, it's a freaking GUESS anyway, so might as well have cojones and say "it is happening".

It all adds up folks...

The first time in YEARS that:

a: No real "bands" scheduled to perform pregame...the trend for the last few years has been some type of spectacle followed by bands.

b: no hard rock type of bands scheduled to perform at all...Price is nice and all, but the core demo of super bowl watchers is hard rock. In the past 5 years, the trend has been to have at least one hard rock type band performing sometime.

So that's my call, and I'm sticking to it.
But don't wait by your TV for the whole rest of the bore-fest, it'll be up on YouTube 10 minutes later anyway if you miss it.

One more thing to ponder on......the INDIANA Colts. Diamond Dave is from Indiana and he loves the state. It could either be VH or John Mellencamp., my ROTH-based guess?

Alright then...would you believe Ringo Anthony & the Round Rocker in a pre-game eating contest verses Kobayashi?

Well...Van Halen DID play at the Superbowl!!

Unfortunately it was "Top of the World" by Van Hagar.

It's on right now as the teams are congratulating each other on the field!!!

I wouldn't be surprised it they trot them out as presenters.

I also bet Wolfgang has has been at Fat Camp.
