Because it still using the 2004 VH logo -- Brad has said that they're going back to the original 78 Logo.

well 3 days ago there was a shit load of vh unofficial pages and now this is the only one up there (which i assume is being taken down because it says it is undergoing maintenance) so the official one should be up soon i'm guessingComment

There's no way it's an official page.
Read the 'About Van Halen' section on the right of the page. It's obviously a copy/paste job from Allmusic, and openly critical of Edward.
