Dumb album idea while I'm stuck at work

This has probably been discussed a million times on this board, but I'm stuck at work wasting company time reading about Diamond Dave. So here goes: Why don't they record some of the unreleased songs that we've all heard but the casual fan hasn't. There were some really good songs on the demo tape and other misc. bootlegs. They already know the songs, they are classic Van Halen, and a lot of people haven't heard them. Could you imagine a new album starting out with Bullethead. Eddie keeps talking about this magical box (not liquor cabinet) that has all of this unreleased stuff on it. I think I read somewhere that he said there was enough material for 10 albums. I just hope this tour goes well and Ed gets his head out of his ass and they do an album.

Yeah, plus according to Bass Player they have about an album already in the can with Dave anyway. Plus Ed, when inbetween telling everyone he wants to kick them in the nuts, claims he has atleast 3 albums worth of stuff ready to go.
