No point. They really can't work together anymore, and another "Best of" would be redundant.

If they produced new songs w/Dave again then Ed would kick Dave out of VH again in no time and they'd never make it to the tour. These guys can't be in the same room without Ed wanting to kill.
Playing it safe, doing 40 shows (not likely), and goodbye Dave again.

I don't see it that way (going south and all). These guys, i believe, have mended their fences with each other. Looking back at the fiasco, that went down at the awards show and Ed and dave once again at each others throat back then, makes me think that, since they had not been togeither since 85, and all the tension arose once again. Now that it is 07, i think they let the water go under the bridge, and i can see them making a new album, after this tour.
