As per Rocky Mountain News
Now you see them, now you don't: The Police are definitely coming, but the Van Halen reunion has suddenly stalled.
The June 9 Police show at the Pepsi Center is set to go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday through Ticketmaster. Tickets are $50, $90 and $225, with a limit of four per household. Expect a quick sell-out. The band's current schedule would leave room for a second Denver date, but there's no confirmation that any such plan exists.
The Van Halen reunion with original frontman David Lee Roth, announced with great fanfare on Feb. 2, has apparently hit a snag. The reunion tour is indefinitely postponed, sources told the News, and the band's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame performance may even be in jeopardy as well.
Not to say we told you so, but when the News wrote about the reunion recently, it was noted that "even if the plans are set in stone, the personalities in that band could scuttle it before a note is played."
