The original membership of this cabal is pretty much the same cast of characters currently occupying the White House. Their plans for a global fascist state were first drafted in the early 90's, and were actually rejected by George Bush Sr. Their next step, in 1995 was to collaborate with Likud party officials in Israel such as Sharon and Netanyahu.

The result was a document called A Clean Break:
A New Strategy for Securing the Realm (http://www.israeleconomy.org/strat1.htm)

This document, which called for Israel to abandon the peace process, invade Iraq, bomb Syria, etc. was eerily similar to the PNAC documents that would follow a few years later.
