Worked on the legs regarding this form exercise of these on Saturday - legs felt stretched in a way that's different than weightlifting. 72 hours later though, they're back to feeling normal again.
Does anyone agree with #2, that plyometrics are the best way to improve power?

Oh I am there, but I need to get over it.

If I could even improve my vertical by 2 inches, I am sure I could dunk half the time.
