    DLR selling Toshiba products

Reminds me of the Mr Sparkle ad on The Simpsons

or watching the SNL skit where Farley is on a Japanese Game Show

I certainly count myself in the DAVE category vs. the Hagar era, but I don't see any difference between Dave hawking Japanese TVs and Sam selling tequila, or Mike selling hot sauce.

Other than the fact that Sam and Mike probably got paid better becasue the product belonged to them.

And, for that matter, why does Ed trash Mike & Sam for selling product when he happily sold his music to that crummy Crystal Pepsi or whatever fuck it was in 1992?

When all is said and done, they are all babies and hypocrites. I give Dave the edge only because he's reasonably sober.

If VH didn't have such a loyal fan base, they wouldn't have so much money in the bank that a reunion is OPTIONAL. They would have had to face up to their problems years ago, and had to have worked them out......or had to pump gas.

Which Alex would have failed at, anyway.
