Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider has announced that his band will headline the three-day Hard Rock Hell Festival, which will be held November 9-11 at Butlins in Minehead. Twisted Sister will perform on November 10.
Snider also revealed he recently underwent surgery to repair a torn meniscus (something to do with a knee cartilage, apparently). "With 30 years of performing on the edge, the doctors were surprised I wasn't in here sooner," he said.
"Last year I had throat surgery and came back stronger than ever. Two days ago I had knee surgery and now I'm feeling no pain," he continued. "With some rehabilitation taking place, my knee will be stronger than ever. Thankfully I still have my hair," he laughed.
Other bands set to appear at the Hard Rock Hell Festival include UFO, Saxon, Tesla, Girlschool, Cradle Of Filth and My Dying Bride.
