Folk Singers story singers whatever you want to call them, hell ya! Cat Stevens, Gordon Lightfoot and Harry Chapin. Still my favorites are of last two with edmund fitzgerald and cats in the cradle and I like going back and watching this video on occasion.

Just a matter of personal taste, but all those singer-songwriters of his early to mid 1970s ilk (Taylor, Chapin, etc.) made my stomach curdle.
