    Yamaha SG1000

I just bought a brand new Yamaha SG1000 in Red Sunburst, and wow what a guitar!!!
Compared to the Gibson Les Paul Customs and Standards i've tried, this guitar is much better, both in build-quality and sound. Also much more versatile because of the coil-taps. It weights a ton(9,5 ibs) but it's worth it because of it's thick and massive tone. The guitar is handbuilt in Japan and mine is number 032. Very expensive but well worth the money! I'm in heaven!!!

How do i post pictures? I try to do it, but i don't know how to...:-(

Anyhoo, here's a link to the guitar:

I remember in the 80's I was trying amps out in a music store and the salesman gave me one of those Yamahas to try amps with.

I was so blown away by the quality and how it played. It was so much better than the Gibsons I played. I remembered it was a chunk of heavy wood. To be honest, for that type of guitar it would be hard to beat with anything out there.
No! You can't have the keys to the wine cellar!

Sorry, i was suppose to write that it has push-pushknobs on the tonepots. Otherwise like a Les Paul.
              It's such a beauty!
