remember we all thought this reunion would never take place, due to pending lawsuits dave had against the brothers. we all know the van halen's are pissed at mike for some financial reasons. but how did the roth lawsuits get resolved?

I believe they got thrown out of court a while ago - because Dave fucked himself when he cut a separate deal with WB for six-pack royalties when he went solo in 1985-86, thereby effectively severing his equal status with Van Halen in any future renegotiations...Comment

Warner didn't 'settle' anything. If Dave reworked his agreement or he now is party to the Van Halen deal, that's one thing. But there was no obligation to do anything since he was solo...
VH isn't even signed to WB anymore, there's no material, and they could give fuck all about this or any tour...Comment
